MDshoppie Shipping Policy

At MDshoppie, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. Some of our physical products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners.

Physical Product Shipping

Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times can vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, product launches or other circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product, destination and shipping method available at checkout.

For UK orders, estimated delivery is generally:

From time to time, MDshoppie may offer free UK delivery on selected products or during promotional periods.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If a package is delayed, lost or affected by a carrier issue, we will work with the relevant fulfilment partner or delivery carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Multiple Products in One Order

If you purchase multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages because some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfilment centres.

You may therefore receive separate tracking information and deliveries for products within the same order.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Eligible digital products are delivered electronically, normally through a download link or other digital delivery method provided after purchase.

International Orders

MDshoppie may offer shipping to selected countries outside the UK.
